LeAthEr JackeT hUnt~

So i've been looking for a -Leather jACket- ever since well.... i never had one. i always used my sister's one n that was good until i discovered in HongKong that i wanted one with *pockets* to keep my hands warm --cz its frigging cold!!! 
But i havent been able to find one that my heart said YES to... and i cud always wait for later.... cz i didn't need it back then, living in Malaysia. Now... i really wan one n i know i'll use it cz this place aka Denmark is forever cold. wtf. hahhaha!! 

Been searching online for some options n its now down to this 2.... which one shud i get... if any?!?

Pros - i love the unique contrasting white lapel and the gold hardware details.
Cons - when it is zipped all the way up, the 4 additional gold button butt is.... distracting n i cant decide if i like it or not.

Pros - i like the quilted detailing and that it looks good too when its zipped all the way up.
Cons - its all black with no gold hardwares. :(

d'AirMax hUNt~

Still hunting for my neXt Nike AirMax... i browsed thru my usual shopping sites today. Found this new Nike Flyknit Air Max.... its out of stock on the website n frigging Xx as usual.... but i thot its pretty cool... its colourful (can match anything & everything) and looks a liL hipPy (gives character)... n i like that skyblue-grey cushioned sole. Haha!! Not sure if i'd like it if i saw it upclose tho but maybe.......? heeeee!!

BaCk in Dk~

It was a loooong journey back to Dk... misSing home muCh~ :(

i watched 3 movies on the plane. dint get much sleep tho cz my seat was ngam ngam at the concave part of the window instead of the side surface. :( no place to rest my head. Pfffttt. 32A no more!!! :/

DarLing came to pick me uP from AalboRg airport. He was waiting outside *pOsing* wif a pREeetty Red Gerbera Daisy WelcoMe bAck floWer in his haNd. :) Sho shweeeeet~~~ ^^  how i've miSsed him.

i k-oed in the car ride back to Thisted. i guess it was a good nap cz when we got home i did not sleep anymore. Darling coOked me a quick spagetti lunch b4 he went back to office. i unpacked all my stuffs n kept everything ---> this is weird cz i usually leave my bags as it is for at least a day b4 i unpack them. Lol.

anyways... at 6.00 pm... we had a dinner party to attend downstairs. it was anders' birthday. he turns 75... i think. apart from the neighbours... there were other ppl as well. altogether 18 pax and his wife (with the help of her daughter, Kate) cooked a 3 course meal for all of us. i was like... WOW!! she is such a super woman & awesome wife n he is such a lucky man. hehe!!

i mean... look at this table setting... i was in awe. Soooo pretttyyyy!!!!! KimHooi said that Danish ppl likes to invest in homeware and kitchenware because they like inviting ppl over to their hse for meals like this. But they do not simply invite ppl. So it is an honour if u get invited to a dinner or lunch party. :) All in all.... it was a really nice dinner party. The Pavlova dessert was YUMs!!

After a looong nite rest (but not enuff. Lol)... i got up early to prepare for my First Danish Class. *scared* To my sweet surprise.... an elf half packed most of my stuffs the nite b4 into my bag already... <3 

Darling walked me to the bus stop and waited till the bus came b4 he left for work. :) So classs was alrite..... i mean... i was COMPLETELY LOST for sure... but its ok.... learned a thing or 2. I am the only girl in the class apart from my teacher. My classmates are mostly refugees from Syria & Eritrea. They are nice boys... reminded me of the movie 'The Good Lie'. I felt blessed that i hav a good life compared to theirs b4.

anyways... i went to H&M wif darling after he got back from work. They are having sales once again. YAY!!! but i only had 10 minutes to look. So i was looking for my white lace top to match my skirt. i was SOOOO HAPPY to find it.... YESHHHH... my First Co-oRD!!! YAtaAaa!!!!! :D  Sahmore it was on 50% discount. SUCCESS!!! Lol. i shall wear it in Dec to someone's wedding. Hehe!! ;) 

Gotta come back to see more sales stuffs. LoL!!~ ^o^

Day 2 : Meet uPs~

its Sunday!!! BEST day for meet ups since everyone will be back to work tmr. 

First up was Ju!!! ^o^  
got a sudden text from her that she is FreeeeEEE..... YESHHHH!!!! i cudn't be happier to see her. had such a nice, cozy session of catching up, gossiping .... & other stories in Starbucks. Cant wait for Rjst's meet up... it will be cRay crAy with everyone around. haHA!!

Before i knew it... it was 4.15pm already. i was late for my next yc session with d'guyz who almost thot i FFK them since i dint reply in the group chat. :( [i no 3G maaa... sobs.]
Sat, Cicak, JooHooi, ZhunYein, BeeYam, Carlson, JinAun, Shirlyn, BabyWern were present. Had a good laugh with them at Morningwood.... WeiSheong wasn't around tho cz he was bz shooting n Dickson is in Shanghai. Lol. 

Anywayz.... Lexi came to pick me up from Ss15 n off we went to surprise the rest of the gang who cud make it to dinner today. DaoRae was my choice n we chose the one at Hartamas cz it was close to Jason's new place.

We then went to check out Jason's new place. WahHHHhhhh!!!! DAMN NICE!!!! SO BIG!!!!! So HIGH ceiling.... SO BIG swimming pool....... i told him i wanto stay wif them for a month while im back in Malaysia. HAHAHAH!!

Day 1 : Touch doWn~

After a loooooong flight.... i finally touched down in KLiA around 14.35pm [Malaysia time]. YAY!!!!

Kor kor came to pick me up in the airport n off we went. But b4 he drove home... we pitt-stopped at Ss15 'KwaiSun' first for some good YUMMY local Char Kuey Teow!!!!! :DDD 

Che che came home for dinner [n to see me ofcoz]. Mom made salad & potato salad. wai her one so yummy wan??! :( 

Dint do much except sleep the rest of the day cz im too tired from the journey home. super stone. brain-dead. n yet it was so difficult to fall asleep. sigh~

Since moving to Thisted.... i haven't been able to shop much. To cope with my shopping habits.... i regularly check out online fashion sites to see what's new & what's me. So here's a short list for today:

i've been searching for a denim dungaree dress for-ever when i stumbled upon this one in Zara's website. it was exactly wat i had in mind. it was perfect! i went to various Zara outlets to look for it (Copenhagen, Amsterdam, London).... sadly... it was nowhere to be found.  By the time i thought of buying it online... it was already sold out. Sigh~ so not meant to be.  T___T

# ASOS Denim Midi Dress with Cross Back [DKK 420]

after losing hope with the Zara dress.... i continued my search for another dress alike. Spotted this one from ASOS. So hip n the model is totally working it. ;)

# Little Mistress Midi Prom Dress with Embroidered Sleeves [DKK 340]

came across this lovely dress on ASOS as well. So preeetttyyyy. Let's attend a wedDing!! ^o^

thot of getting a flat sandals like that for awhile.... saw one i liked in Topshop while i was in Amsterdam but dint get it as i now live in a refrigerator country n wudn't have much use of it. but i still hav a heart for it since i never got it. Lol. Here's an embellished one i spotted on ASOS that i like tooooo!!

Chicken Rice [Kai Fan]~

We attempted to cook Chicken Rice for dinner last nite.... n i must say... it was quite successful. But ofcourse... there's still room for improvement. Lots of room. LOL.

i dint wanna use a whole chicken since it was jes the 2 of us. So i improvised the recipe n steamed some chicken fillets instead.

Rice :

1) We used the 'Mak Nyonya' packet Chicken Rice mix (from Malaysia) to make our rice.

2) Jes follow the instructions n u'd be fine. hehe!!

Chicken :

1) Marinated my chicken fillets with salt, soya sauce, garlic oil, sesame oil, ginger, spring onion, honey (or sugar), chicken broth.

2) Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

3) Steam for 15 to 20 minutes. 

Taugeh :

1) Heat oil. Fry garlic. Add chilli padi. 

2) Pour in Taugeh n fry. Add oyster sauce n TadaAaa!!! 

(But in this case, i did not use oyster sauce as we had extra 'Mak Nyonya' Chicken Rice mix. So i jes add some in my Taugeh instead. Turned out goodz!! :)

Ginger Sauce :

1) Blend ginger, garlic, spring onion, salt , lime juice and chicken stock together. That's it!!

--Tho i need to perfect this recipe. Got to go to Four Seasons in Empire (Malaysia) n try their ginger sauce again to taste wat else did they put in... cz i loveeee their ginger sauce. :/

Beef Stew~

i finally understand why my mom never really knows wat she puts in her recipes n how its always different everytime... LoL. Bcz thats exactly wat i do now as well. Haha!! 

So i made Beef Stew last nite... my second time. its abit different from the first time i cooked it... as i added beef broth in n also balsamic vinegar.... But heck... it still taste YUMz!!! #happytummy :D

1) Heat oil. Brown marinated beef (i marinated with salt, pepper, cornflour, paprika, cayenne pepper, basil, balsamic vinegar---> yes, i simply put -.-")

2) Remove beef. Fry onion, garlic & chilli padi.... add oil if needed. Pour in chopped tomato paste (in can).

3) Stir in beef, potato, carrot and more freshly-cut tomatoes. U can choose to add in celery now (if u like it soft) or later (if u like it crunchy).

4) Add in some water or beef broth and a dash of Worcestershire sauce.

5) Allow to simmer for an hour to tenderise meat.

6) Salt & pepper to taste, if needed.

7) Serve with rice or mashed potato. :)

Updates :

1) i graduated with a Bachelor of Business degree (Marketing & International Trade).

2) i worked for SiA (Sales Executive) in KL then resigned.

3) i visited Capetown, South Africa.

4) i got married to Kimhooi.

5) i moved to Thisted, Denmark.

6) i turned 30.

7) i explored London.

8) i learned to cook.

Life has been interesting for me tho i do occasionally get the 'boredom syndrome' or the 'loneliness depression'. Nevertheless... i do Love My Life & the pPL in it~ :*
