Over the Weekend~~~

Our Little Lamb Nappy kit arrived on Saturday while hubs was out playing Tennis. WeeeEee!! Have washed them 3 rounds as instructed... without detergent or dying in between washes. Now its being dried. Think it'll take bout 2 days or so... wish we had an outdoor area to dry them under direct sunshine as it will naturally bleach the fabric of any stains left after the washing process. 

Kh said they really lo.Ok like Little Lambs... HAHA!! N he'll count the sheeps at nite. LOL.<1,2,3,4...20>

Will wash it another 2 rounds maybe nex week or later wif some detergent cz i feel like i can still smell factory smell. :/ They said that full absorbency is reached after approx. 6 washes. So ya! I really hope these Little Lambs will work well on BabyBooBoo as all cloth nappy brands seem to have mix reviews n its difficult to choose. But i chose these bcz they are from UK (nearby) n they actually accept Danish kroners n are pretty affordable especially when they have special offers. So... *fingers crossed*

I've also washed BabyBooBoo's 0-3 months clothes, mittens, socks & such.... thinking if i wanna wash the 3-6 months clothes now or wait. LoL.

So much prep to do.... haven't even begin to wash the bottles, my breastpump, etc.. Also have to start thinking & prepping wat to pack in my Hospital Bag. Hmmm... 

Kh also ordered our Stokke Scoot V2 stroller online already... YAY!!! so now we're jes waiting for it to arrive. :D

Gone is the blue... Gone is the Beige Alcantara (cz we msged the seller 1 day too late).... n gone is the cream. Now comes the RED!!!

It is also Alcantara material, but the chassis frame looks like a newer version albeit bought in Summer '09. It was used for 1 child. Overall, i think it looks like it's been very well maintained. N that red is like... woHhh!!! LoL. Most peeps in Denmark have Black prams... which is so boring to me. So this will definitely stand out. haha!! It is priced at DKK 5,500 and situated down south in Holstebro (1 hour 20 mins drive away). Nevertheless, Kh has already texted the seller and asked if the price was negotiable. We bargained for DKK 3,500 while seller offered DKK 4,000. We told him that we will take a look at the pram nex weekend b4 deciding if we are ok wif that price. :) So we'll see how it goes... will update here if we come home wif this or not. Haha!!

To Be or Not To Be~

A Girl has No Name....

Before i was even pregnant... i had already decided on my baby girl's name [Not that i knew i was gonna get a girl... but i definitely wanted one]. It was going to be 'Sophia Kim Isaaq Ooi'.

HOWEVER.... recently i've had issues with it. There are jes too many liL girls named Sofia here n everywhere around the world for that matter (Malaysia included).... it is such a very-the popular name i guess... n for good reason. So now... i dun really wanna name my girl Sophia anymore. :/

We came up with several other options... KimHooi even made a list... LOL.

After going thru our options last nite.... i am glad to say that we hav finally come to an agreement to name our baby girl...

Kara Rose Isaaq Ooi

^.^ Initially, i wanted to input a chinese character in our children's name.... that is 'Kim'= Gold as it is both KimHooi's & mummy's middle chinese name. :D But KimHooi said that it'll also be nice to have me in part of their names. So for the girls... it'll be Rose... n for the boys... it'll be Kim. :) #winwinwin

Here's the list of our children's name if we have a boy or girl in the future. Hahahah!!! ;)

Girl : Kayla Rose Isaaq Ooi

FiNAlLy got them cloth nappies from Little Lamb. There is an ongoing Summer offer... DKK 1,360 for 20 instead of the usual DKK 1,800 for 20. Nevertheless... u hav to get them all in one size as oppose to being able to take half-n-half in the normal price... so we'll be taking Size 1 for now n then maybe buy another 20 Size 2 in Dec. Hehe!! *HAPPY* [not sure wai im so happy since im gonna be washing baby poopoo... lol]

My girls frens... Julia, Sharon & Tracy realLy wants to buy sumthing for BabyBooboo.... so they've been asking me n asking me what i wanted/needed. LoL. Finally... we decided on 2 things which they'd be getting for us.

#1 Fisher Price Kick & Play Piano Gym

It actually retails for RM199.90 in Malaysia. But for us to get it here... we'll hav to buy it online from Amazon.uk and ship it to Denmark... which will end up costing approximately Rm300. I've consulted them on the situation but they dun mind paying the higher price for our convenience since they understand that it is not exactly a small thing n will be difficult to get someone to carry it over for us. #MyFriendsSoThoughtful <3 There are 2 colours available.... Pink or Blue.... which one shud i pick???? :/

To search for used prams (barnevogn) in Denmark... i often search thru dba.dk

Today... i found this Scandinavian beauty.

It's by Odder... a Danish brand. This one is installed with a Classic bassinet & a light weight aluminium x-Dream frame chassis. It has leather handles n air wheels. Also, comes with Odder Lift, mattresses n rain cover. N the best thing is... its Navy Blue!!!! :)) [im looking for a blue one u see...] Its situated in Aalborg n priced at DKK 4,500.

High Chair or Booster Seat???

Been contemplating since forever if we shud get a high chair or a booster seat. Good thing is.... baby will only start using them 6 months onwards... so we still hav time to consider both b4 deciding. Hehe!

For high chair.... we'll probably jes get the ikea one... simple, cheap n used by many.

For booster seat.... i previously wanted the Fisher Price one... but i jes found this new product by Bumbo [info below]... n i've gotta say that i am kinda digging it yo!! haha!! It can be bought @ LittleWhiz in Malaysia.... now jes wonder if it'll be able to fit in our luggage???!! (>.<)

There are so maaannny beautiful designs... i thot of what i wud wan my baby's room to be like if we had the space n luxury of designing her room in perhaps the 'future' (when we move to a landed property)?? heh!!
